Click the DDNS button from the Conﬁguration screen to access DDNS settings.

DDNS

Dynamic DNS (Domain Name Service) is a method of keeping a domain name linked to a changing (dynamic)

IP address. With most Cable and DSL connections, you are assigned a dynamic IP address and that address

is used only for the duration of that speciﬁc connection. With the DCS-2120, you can set up your DDNS service

and the DCS-2120 will automatically update your DDNS server every time it receives a different IP address.

Check to enable the DDNS function.

Select your Dynamic DNS provider from the drop-down menu.

Enter the host name of the DDNS server.

Enter your username or e-mail used to connect to the DDNS server.

Enter your password or key used to connect to the DDNS server.
