Camera Setup Procedure

To start the camera setup process, first connect the camera to the router using the

supplied RJ45 Ethernet cable. Power the camera up and observe that the light on

the front of the camera turns red. Wait a minute or so for the light on the front of

the camera to turn green. If the light does not turn green then unplug the cable

from the camera and connect it to a laptop and verify that the Internet works. If

the Internet is working then contact D-Link for support.

The next step in the setup process is to access the camera’s internal website.

There are 3 possible options for this:

MyDLink.com All computers, laptops, operating systems,

smart phones, Android, iPhone, Blackberry,…

DLink Setup software Windows XP, Windows 7, and Mac

Network Places Windows XP and Windows 7 but only on

randomly selected systems.
