Telnet Settings
Users can configure Telnet Settings on the Switch.
To view the following window, click Management > Telnet Settings, as show below:

The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter Description
Telnet State
Telnet configuration is Enabled by default. If you do not want to allow configuration of the
system through Telnet choose Disabled.
Port (1-65535)
The TCP port number used for Telnet management of the Switch. The “well-known” TCP
port for the Telnet protocol is 23.
Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.
Web Settings
Users can configure the Web settings on the Switch.
To view the following window, click Management > Web Settings, as show below:

The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter Description
Web Status
Web-based management is Enabled by default. If you choose to disable this by clicking
Disabled, you will lose the ability to configure the system through the web interface as soon
as these settings are applied.
Port (1-65535)
The TCP port number used for web-based management of the Switch. The “well-known”
TCP port for the Web protocol is 80.
Click the Apply button to accept the changes made.
Power Saving
LED State Settings
This window is used to configure the port LED state.
To view the following window, click Management > Power Saving > LED State Settings, as shown below:
